Who’s Blue's goal is to help raise revenue, through the wholesale of these products to the pet adoption and pet retail industries, in order to assist with addressing the needs of pets that have been abandoned, released to a shelter or rescue organization, thus supporting these organizations until they can find these pets a good home.
